Counting my blessings one by one:

• For a conservative oral surgeon whose reassuring and kind bedside manner put me at ease for the upcoming procedures...

• For a day off from work the Wednesday before Thanksgiving...

• For safe Thanksgiving holiday traveling mercies for me, my husband and all of my family...

• For seeing my dad so active again just a few months post knee surgery...

• For the good health of family and friends during our Thanksgiving celebration...

• For the sweet and generous hospitality of my brother and his wife...

• For an incredibly loving family...

• For many laughs enjoyed...

• For my sweet granddaughter who was such a good little traveler...

• For wonderful family traditions...

• For a bounty of food to eat...

• For my childhood home and neighborhood...

Praising God for His many blessings this past week.

I’ll count my blessings—

Count them o’er and o’er—

I’ll tell my Father’s goodness—

I will love Him more,

I’ll count my blessings, bountiful and free—

Yet I can never count them all—

So good is God to me!
