Thanksgiving Thursday - November 12, 2015

Sing joyfully to the Lord, you righteous;

Counting my blessings one by one:

• For the joy of seeing my granddaughter loving the outdoors and experiencing the Autumn leaves for the first time...

• For the pure delight of watching Lexi and her daddy play and laugh together, such a beautiful father/daughter bond...

• For a very quick answer to prayer in God's provision of a job for my brother at a company that exceeds his hopes and expectations,  

• For my dad's ability to hike a portion of the Appalachian Trail with my brother just a few short months after knee surgery...

• For afternoon walks with my daughter and granddaughter...

• For a cozy, rainy night indoors...

• For my sister-in-law's "all-clear" oncology report...

• For God's provision of friendships for my daughter - young mommas also, solid Christian sisters-in-the-Lord...

• For God's continued continuity of lessons, ministering to me through the Holy Spirit's conviction, and through the words of fellow bloggers...

• For the encouraging words of a sweet sister blogger...

Praising God for His many blessings this past week.

I’ll count my blessings—

Count them o’er and o’er—

I’ll tell my Father’s goodness—

I will love Him more,

I’ll count my blessings, bountiful and free—

Yet I can never count them all—

So good is God to me!
