Feature Friday - September 25, 2015
Welcome back to Feature Friday! Thanks for visiting again!
The Lord always seems to weave all of our blog posts into one cohesive lesson... This week was no exception.
The Lord had led me to write about Times of Testing in my own life which you can read about here. Later in the week, while linking up at Live Free Thursday, I came upon Crystal Hornback's blog post entitled Live. As I began to read her words about the trials her family has endured {including a devastating tornado} and the turning point moment when a Pastor, whom she only just met a few minutes before, but knew her story, said to her, "You are a travailer and a teacher.", I was struck by how many lessons the Lord can teach us in one area - in this case, trials...
Crystal writes very authentically about her own feelings during the trials she has already endured and how the Lord changed her perspective concerning times of testing.
Crystal is the wife of a youth pastor and mother of three children. Please head on over to Crystal Hornback - Embracing a perfectly imperfect life to read her blog post entitled "Live."

ReplyDeleteRebecca, Indeed, the Lord wastes nothing that touches us, but redeems it all - everything come from the hand of our loving Heavenly Father.
